pundit reporter we're going to talk about media and politics fascinating guy he of

course there was a lot of discussion when all of a sudden his successful show was canceled on CNN and we're going to discuss why that happened

But we do on Tuesdays we do our Brands of the Week and that's what's happening today. These are the brands we decide, not we

decide, we dictate, we tell, we editorialize on which brands are up, which brands are down,

which brands are shaping the zeitgeist, so let's get right up to it.

You know, Biden last week, he kind of bucked the liberal trend, you know, Biden's decision

Thursday on local crime laws send a national message to

fellow Democrats basically we're gonna be tough on crime and you know that is

so important that is probably the kind of the one to one the main vulnerability right now of

Democrats a lot of cities seeing a big crime wave if Democrats are tough on

crime they're gonna be tough to beat and you know a good example of how not to

play it a Chicago mayor Lori Light, who lost the incumbent who lost a, was up for re-election,

only got 17% of the vote in Chicago because Chicago's got tough crime problems. And Eric Adams in New York has got it right he's

tough on crime that's the one place Republicans are going to try and scare the
