But the poisoning in Salisbury of former Russian spy, Sergei Scripple, and his daughter is most certainly such a story.

there has developed a full diplomatic standoff.

Britain has expelled 23 Russian diplomats,

cut off high-level bilateral relations,

and said ministers and royals will not be attending this summer's World Cup.

In retaliation, Russia has kicked out the same number of British officials
