Welcome to the show, everybody. Couple updates for you.

So the Myco Meditations, the January retreat in Jamaica, that's January 18th through 25th. Amazing time. There's only 15

spots in there. We already have them about half full tentatively. We haven't we are just now by the time you're hearing this shit they should be

officially on the micomeditations site if you're interested in coming for a

silicibin retreat hanging out with me for the week and exploring your

inner worlds and it's just a great opportunity for going there for therapeutic reasons for

exploratory reasons and just it's a Caribbean paradise and we'll all get to hang out and chat about the

brain and get to know one another it's a fantastic time that's why I keep on

going back and there's been a hold up with figuring out

they do like a basic retreat package and they do a comfort retreat and we're going

back and forth and which one but the comfort retreat which is what we decided to go with

It's just a little bit more and it's just a big difference in just like the quality of food the basic retreat's fine it's just a little

redundant and basic food and the the comfort retreat is just amazing meals

every day and it's just a world of difference and the accommodations are nicer and it's just so worth the little bit extra and so we checked with a few of the people that showed interest

to see what they were leaning towards first before deciding on on that to

open it up to you guys. So check that out if you want to and I'm
