you're proud of them. And I think some people were like, they were interested to listen to it,

but there was also some eye rolling of, oh my gosh, I'm trying hard enough to just get through the day.

And now you're telling me I can't. Give me a break. You're telling me I can't do that.

Like Frank said yesterday, he's like, that's the fun part, being able to tell your children you're proud of them.

Well, but here's the thing.

We're in no way saying that saying you're proud of your children will hurt them.

That means that they're, yes, it's going to be really bad. It's not. And that's the thing is I can't stand books and magazines and experts that say, if you do this, there will be a problem.

I have no desire to spread that fear.

What we're saying is if you really want to take this parenting thing to the next level and take your own consciousness to the next level,

let's be thoughtful about what we really want to teach our children.

And if we want to teach them intrinsic motivation,

which is them doing things because they know it's the right thing to do,
