Hi, my name is Holly Ro and my dilemma is college-bubbog is to start for 40 plus more days.

Let's go get her already. This is the tough one for me. This might be the toughest one of all

because I can't actually make college football arrive any sooner. But I can suggest two things.

One is for Holly to take her own advice and Holly, you talk about being present in the moment.

In the interview, we'll get to your joy journal and the ways that you're aware of what's happening

right now and not looking ahead. So right now, appreciate the fact that college football isn't here.

Figure out what you love about the WNBA or fast-pitched softball pieceball, all the other sports

that are going on and how much more time you have to devote to those things because college football

isn't taking all of your energy. So that's one way to look at it. The other way to look at it is

sort of like the realtor approach, which is like you're super stressed when you're not busy because

you don't have any houses to work on and you're super stressed when you are busy because there's

too many things to work on. It's a very cyclical job. So like that, I would think that you'd be able

to look at right now and say, I don't have a thousand travel things to figure out. I'm not on a plane

every other day. I'm not interviewing Coach every other day. So as much as you love your college

football, I think the fix here is not to wish that it would come sooner, but to appreciate that

you are not completely overwhelmed with work right now knowing that when it does arrive, it will be

fun, but you will also be very busy. That's the best I can do for you because I can't make it come
