Welcome to Manager Tools. Today's topic. Boss Meeting Prep. No surprises. Here we go. Today we're going to talk about how to prepare your boss for attending any meeting

I hate to say this, but as a boss, if that happens a couple of times where, again, being surprised is something

you assume your directs don't want to do to you, but then you know they have four knowledge that you're likely to be surprised and they go ahead and surprise you, then that becomes intentional at some point, right?
