My entitled boss demands that I never take a bathroom break, claiming that any time I'm away from my position,

I'm inadvertently causing massive delays in our restaurant. But after dealing with this for so long

and feeling so stressed out and so incredibly busy,

I'm finally at my breaking point, and right now I seriously don't know what to do.

Here's what happened.

So I work in a food hall and I take on average one restroom break a day and I try to go when it's not immediately busy.

Obviously if I had to go to the bathroom and I can't hold it any longer then I'll go.

But I always try to help customers that are clearly ready to order.

One of the biggest issues is that customers are incompetent and never read the posted sign which

states that I'm away and will return in a certain amount of time.

It is usually less than the time I post but never over,

and they then assume that no one is stationed there

and as the kitchen speaks no English,

they can't assist the customer

so they call the business number which goes directly to my boss.

My boss started to blow up with text messages asking where I was and that there were customers waiting to order.

But the thing is, only one person was there that had already

ordered and it honestly overall just seemed pretty calm I told my boss that I was

going to the bathroom and when I left it was completely quiet and I had already

cleared all the orders and I saw no one waiting.

He then proceeded to say that it's been an ongoing issue that only I've been causing as no one else

is keeping customers
