Have you ever had a period in your life where when you look back you go, oh my, how did I do that?

Like how did I cope? How did I survive? How did I go through my life with all of that responsibility or all of that busyness or how did I make it through that season of madness in my life. Let me give you a couple of examples. A friend of

mine when she had twins, young twins, she looks back at them now they're older and they're mobile of

course as kids become as they get older but she looks back and she's like

how did I do it like I was breastfeeding one each side of me like what no sleep I just I got through it

Sometimes I look back on my old career this way a week running around non-stop in the blizzards in New York, in the scorching heat in DC in the summer, I was running around busier than I can even

contemplate now, and at the time I actually loved it. I relish the busyness, the adventure, the jumping from here to there.

My life is very different now, working for myself, working from home, working on projects that I decide that mean a lot to me.

But when I look back, I am proud of past me for all that action, all of that busyness, all of that adventure that I was

willing to say yes to. A friend of mine she is moving from Miami to Chicago because of a job offer that her husband

had, which is very exciting for them. But you know, when she moved to Miami years ago she moved here pretty

soon after I did she was going from house to house to house to house doing lashes

right carrying her own bed carrying her light carrying her whole setup

driving here driving there

she ended up becoming pregnant which was amazing news

and she carried on she set up an actual beauty salon so it was easier for her.

But she was go, go, go, go, go.

And I think to myself, why can't we,

days be feel depleted or days we think, how am I going to get through this week?

Or maybe if like me you've just got a very busy schedule for summer.

Like I'm about to go to the UK as I recall this. I've got some cool meetings coming up.
