Okay, my friends, it's January 4th. Are you creating plans? Are you creating new routines? Are you still in your new year routine?

thinking I'm 100% enthusiastic and inspired all of the time. But I'm not. I simply replied to her,

have a break and get back to it tomorrow. Because here's what I know. Humans need breaks. We're worthy of

taking them without explanation or apology. And if you want to stay enthusiastically on track,

you must remember that all of the mundane, repetitive things that you do each day are

leading you somewhere. It's easy to forget

these two facts, especially the second. When we see just the daily to-do lists ahead of us,

it's hard to remember the bigger picture. It's like we're looking at the asphalt road and the

Pause and ask yourself, why do I start a business, a family, a project, a fill in the blank?
