So Bob I have a bunch of emails here that I compiled that have to do with borderline personality disorder and I thought we would read those emails and respond to them. What do you say?

What's our goal today? How many we want to do? Okay, well I just want to get through the whole list of borderline emails and it's probably 10-ish.

Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm open to actually even go a little bit beyond that if we might be able to. Right on.

I also find this approach compelling, but listening to your podcast, I have come to the conclusion

self-destructive behaviors. I told my therapist that I might be on the borderline

personality disorder spectrum to which he replied, not likely.
