At TFL, we're making journeys safer for everyone, and that includes improving safety on London's roads.

That's why we and London boroughs are lowering more speed limits to 20 miles per hour,

because 20 miles per hour roads have already reduced collisions resulting in deaths or

serious injuries by 24%. That is how we're making journeys in London safer and brighter for everyone.

Michael Jan, who's in Tbilisi, Georgia, having attended a museum of the past that would be

a man named Jugashvili. We know is Joseph Stalin. Now he's going to the future. He's headed to

Texas and traverse the Texas border all along the Mexican border all the way to California.

He's been talking to his colleagues because this is a big operation they're putting together.

And what is your mission, Michael? What do you want to achieve?

Well, we're going to start over north of Houston at Liberty County. There's a huge

colonial being built there. I was already there last month with Todd Benzeman, the author,

Todd Benzeman, who was a retired Texas Department of Public Security Intelligence.

After we've been down to Mexico together and all over the border together and done a lot

together, and we just got an airplane. Well, first we were down the ground in that colonial

about a month or so ago. And it was so big, you know, the drone that we had in the air was

couldn't get it all in. So I said, let's go to the airport and get an airplane. So we drove

over to the airport and came back in an airplane. And we still couldn't get high enough

because there was a cloud ceiling issue. So I said, let's go get a helicopter and we couldn't get

it in time. It was getting towards the end of the day. So we're going back with a helicopter

this time. And so we're going to strap a sensor on it to map the entire
