Police officers in Rochester County, New York are being accused of violating sanctuary city rules for working with Border Patrol.

And Borders are Tom Homan is weighed on the issue as well.

Police officers, they're facing punishment.

They even had the huge press conference come out talking about how bad of a job they did.

And why is that?

Well, they were working with Border Patrol.

Not even working. They just helped them on an emergency call. The officers in Rochester County are being accused of violating sanctuary city

rules, and now Bordersar, Tom Holman, he's weighing in behind the officers saying, help is coming.

Now, like Border Patrol agents, technically with the federal government,

in New York, they called in for backup. They said, we need help. This is during a traffic stop

of alleged illegal immigrants. But local officials canceled the emergency response. And they said

Border Patrol should have initiated contact with people in the car.

It seems they did, there's a bit back and forth of this, instead of calling the police and having them do it.

And now the border officers, all them involved, well, they're being accused, at least the officers in Rochester, accused of acting outside the law.

Why is that? Because Rochester has put

in place sanctuary city policies. They say police should not be allowed to do this. Now Fox,
