business stand out. Today I'm really pleased to say that we're joined by an award-winning interior

designer Fabian Miler and Fabian has been making huge waves in the short-term rental space here in

the UK. She just received an international award for the best home staging transformation and I'm

so excited to dive into her sort of business today and to learn more about her. So thank you and

welcome along Fabian. Thank you. Thank you for having me. So first question Fabian, let's dive

straight in. Who is Fabian and how did you get started in the interior design space?

Yes, so the the past was not the most straightforward because my background is in chemistry.

So nothing to do is what I do and my my preschool was in project management for

for large companies and then in a nutshell I had kids so I had to kind of reinvent myself a bit to

kind of make it work and I ended up basically looking into property. I started as a

impropriety as a dear source and then I landed on a job for a service accommodation operator and

one day I was I was asked as a property manager to kind of stage a property which I did and I

resigned straight away because then I knew they was that I um it's just colors as always been I think

part of of my life. I um I think when I think about it I was a um a tenant for many years and I was

very frustrated because I never felt at home and I travel the fair bit and this is I think one of

the frustration I had was really this feel of yeah you know the white wars you can't hang anything
