What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Epic Gardening Podcast. Today's an interesting

episode. I decided to do a bit of a free-form one. I read a study by some

researchers at Exeter University and they found that office workers who

filled their workspaces with houseplants experienced a 15% bump in productivity.

Now, these types of studies, they're not always perfect, are they?

I know that, you know that.

However, it seems implausible that adding house plants would make you less productive, and I

know personally that my own brother just asked me yesterday, hey, what plants can I put in my home, my office at work that do well in low

light? I just want to feel a bit more nature in there and I don't really have anything. I don't

really know what to do. So I'm going to run through five different plants that you can add to your home office,

your actual office, your cubicle, wherever you're at in the world when you do work to hopefully make you feel a little bit better mentally

hopefully stimulate your brain a bit and hopefully help you just sort of get into the flow at work feel more at peace

when you're grinding away behind a computer or whatever else you're doing.

Now the first one is Golden Pothos.

Pothos is one of the best house plants in my opinion for beginner growers.

It is extremely easy to care for.

You can almost completely forget about it and it will do just fine.

According to... it will do just fine.

According to NASA and a couple of other research institutions,

Pothos as well as some of the other house plants on this list

are filterers of toxins in the air.
