Are you a boomer or a doomer? Think about it. With everything happening in the world today,

how many people do you run into that are a dumer? Everything is just about the world is ending. We're all going to die. We've got wars. We got inflation. We got this. I don't like politics. Like that dumer mindset. Here's the challenge though. When you're a dumer, whether you like it or not, you're quiet quitting, not just on your business,

on your whole life.

Because there is no growth, there is no joy, there is no happiness in complaint, criticism,

and constantly comparing this time to other times.

None of that, you can't be a doomer in today's environment.

If you want to be successful, if you want to win on the other side, the boomer says, hey, you know what? The streets are paid with gold. There's lots of opportunities. Sure, there might be less transactions in residential real estate, but I'm going to go out and I'm going to do the work, whatever it takes, serve more clients to make a difference. And I'm going to show up and be the best version of myself every single day. And I think it's pretty obvious when you talk to people which side of the fence they're on.
