Today I'm going to take a slight diversion because I've been asked more often recently,

maybe because people have been shut inside and they're reading more.

But I've been asked what books I'd recommend.

And so I thought I would do two episodes, one today, one next week.

Books I've read and I'm looking to my right, so I got to make sure I stay on the mic a little bit but I'm looking to my right

at what I call the general shelf and of course it's in alphabetical order because I'm not insane

okay and if you have it in any other way, it's weird.

I'm not the weird one, you're the weird one.

Who would have their books just randomly strewn about?

So I'm here at the general shelf. We'll start with A because that's where you would start at the far left because I read left to right.

So my first book and I've talked about this one a lot before so we won't talk about it too much at all. These books are the

books that I want to read think I should read or have read and think are worth

keeping. I read mostly you know books I can hold my hand but if I'm traveling I'll pick up

Kindle versions so I can carry him then of course I don't travel anymore so who cares

about that anyway so I'm looking at my heart you you know, my actual shelf here.

one of my favorite books that I've read in the last decade,

teaches you about how to think through systems that get stronger because they're stressed, not just that
