0:31.1	Now this book is called Warren Buffett's Management Secrets. Unfortunately Warren Buffett has not
0:36.2	written a book of his own yet. I tend to believe
0:38.9	that he already has. He'll probably just have it come out after he's dead. I think these
0:43.5	billionaires, man, are next level competitive. And I know Warren Buffett is no different. And I
0:51.6	don't think these guys are into giving out their secrets. But I could be wrong.
0:56.0	But anyway, there's a ton of books written about Warren Buffett describing his leadership techniques, his investment strategies, his mindset, his philosophies, et cetera.
1:07.0	And one of them is called Warren Buffett's Management Secrets and it's written by Mary
1:11.7	Buffett and David Clark. And I think is Mary Buffett his daughter or granddaughter? I can't
1:19.2	remember which one. But anyway, it's a really great book, really short read. And I want to read
1:24.7	for you a really simple part from this book. It's about a two-page chapter.
1:30.5	And it's really, really profound. And let me give you some backdrop behind it. All right. So I grew up
1:35.7	with a Nigerian father. And I don't know if Nigerian has anything to do with it. But let's
1:41.8	just say we didn't get a lot of praise. We didn't get a lot
1:44.7	of encouragement. Now, we got told a lot about what we didn't do right, all right? And so,
1:50.8	needless to say, that is a habit that I now have as well. With my children, with my team,
