And so today is a really cool blend of both books and bars because obviously you guys know I love hip hop. I have, I use a ton of references.

You've heard me break down bars from my favorite rap songs. And you also know that I love to read.

And I buy books all the time. I read books all the time. And one of the things that you would

think would be a no-brainer is rappers writing books. And to me, it's one of the things that you would think would be a no-brainer is rappers writing books.

And to me, it's one of the frustrations that I have is like, why don't rappers write a book?

Like, how much would I love to read the story of Little Wayne?

Jay Z. Jay Z actually has written a book.

But you get the idea, right?

Even like a T.I. Man, like these dudes need to written a book. But you get the idea, right? Even like a T.I.

I would love to read a book by P. Diddy.

So when this book by Damon Dash and Kenyada Griggs came out, I can't tell you how excited I was.

Because for those of you who

do not know who Dame Dash is, he is an OG in hip-hop. He is the creator of Paid and Full, one

of my top three favorite movies. But he started Rockefeller with Jay-Z, Biggs, and he was responsible for the emergence of guys like

Kanye West. He's the first dude who put Kevin Hart on a movie screen. He took Kevin Hart off of the,

you know, off of the stage and put Kevin Hart in movies for the first time. This is a dude who knows talent when he sees it

and cultivates talent and his mindset is next level in terms of his focus on impact, his

focus on control independence. We're talking about a true line in the jungle here. This is a dude

who walked away from hip-hop to start his own clothing labels, Rachel Roy, This is a dude who walked away from hip hop to start his own clothing

labels. Rachel Roy, which is a multi-million dollar company, started his own diabetes network.
