introduction here. Now, most of you know, it is Supervision September, meaning all episodes on

supervision. And every Supervision September for at least the past number of years, we have done a supervision book club that has gone out to everyone. Usually our book clubs are exclusive to our patrons. Then eventually we release them to the free feed. However, for supervision, we just want everyone to get access to these book clubs. This is what our book clubs are usually like. Get a taste of that. And also enjoy two more hours of content all about supervision that we cram into

September because we don't always have four episodes in September. So this month, this year,

I should say, we are going to be discussing Aubrey Daniels book, Oops, 13 management practices

that waste time and money and what to do instead. We're very fortunate in that to start this episode.

We're actually going to have an interview that I did with Dr. Judy Agnew, who works at Aubrey

Daniels International. Unfortunately, Dr. Daniels passed away last March. So he certainly wasn't

available to be on the show. However, we spoke to Dr. Agnew,

who was kind enough to come on to talk about Dr. Daniel's work and his legacy in the field of

organizational behavior management and behavior analysis that will lead off our discussion of the book

Oops. Now, we talked about Dr. Daniel's books before. We talked about bringing out the best

and people on a previous book club.

But we really enjoyed this one as kind of a nice, real intro. I think we talked a little bit about that. It's an intro to the idea of organizational behavior management and gives you a lot

of actionable steps you can do to up your supervision game. So without any further ado,

we are going to go to the interview that we had talking about

Dr. Daniels and the work at Aubrey Daniels International and generally the state of organizational

behavior management with Dr. Judy Agnew. All right, I am here talking with Dr. Judy Agnew about

her experience working with Dr. Aubrey Daniels and her experience in the field of

OBM as relates to kind of our discussion of supervision practices that we're doing this month
