America is deeply divided. There are only two sides to every issue and there is no interest in finding common ground, not even with members of your own family.

But as the 2024 presidential election looms on the horizon, there has never been a more important time to have the necessary conversation.

I just wanted to issue a brief warning about today's program. We have a segment today in which

we talk about anti-trans health care bills that are being passed around the country, and parts of

that conversation might be considered controversial.

opening complaint. That's where one of us is allowed to have a complaint about our current

society. No one else can say anything. That's specifically directed at you,

Dad. So Haley, this week, you get the opening complaint. What is wrong with our country?

How should we fix it?

As a small business owner, my biggest complaint right now is not being able to find people to work for me that will stay for longer than eight weeks.
