Today's bonus walk is helping you create a walking habit you will love.

Hi, I'm Dave. Before I get into the reason for this bonus walk, I have to tell you what just happened.

I'm walking alongside a lake, which is near a community where we live, and I noticed a bird that was flying towards me

and in the bird's talons there was a fish and as the bird flew overhead I realized oh wait a minute

that's not just a bird that's an eagle an eagle just flew over me carrying a fish

and just before I pressed record I could still see the eagle flying at the far end of the lake

that's pretty incredible it's a bonus walk today I don't know that it's going to be 10 minutes, but I wanted to talk about something that I think is pretty important.

First, I hope you heard the episode that released earlier today. It's all about a surprise benefit of walking.

This is a benefit that I haven't seen any research about I

that everybody is going to experience but it certainly is a benefit that I've experienced, a fun episode, and I hope you have the opportunity to hear that.

This is a bonus walk, an extra walk, a second walk, and I want to share with you a review that showed up just a few days ago in Apple Podcasts.
