Summary

This Is A Follow-Up Episode To #036 On Hughes de la Plaza Along With A Discussion Of The Unsolved Murder Of Philip DiMartino

**The sound quality of the first couple dozen episodes of this show isn't good; I was still learning!! Skip ahead about a year! Also, KD is no longer a part of the Orbital Jigsaw Network or Blubrry**

In this follow up bonus episode, I wanted to address a couple of listener concerns about the Hugues de la Plaza episode. Also, I wanted to visit another unsolved San Francisco stabbing death suggested by a listener.

I had one listener in particular,

0:46.0

and I did post about it in the Facebook group,

0:50.0

point out that I was incorrect and outlandish in making the sweeping generalization

0:57.0

that suicide by stabbing is rare. And moreover that what I said was blatantly untrue.

1:05.0

Reflecting back on what I said, I did say, quote,

1:13.0

who stabs themselves to death, unquote. Well, that statement right there may not have been the best way to word what I wanted to get across,

1:19.0

and it may have seemed insensitive, for that I extend my apologies.

1:26.0

I do not want to in any way diminish the tragedy when somebody takes their own life.

1:32.0

So with that I'm going to quickly

1:35.6

address some of the statements I made regarding suicide and stabbing. I was

1:40.4

repeatedly asked what my sources were in regarding a variety of statements I made in the Ug de la Plaza episode.

1:47.0

So I'm going to go over some of those points right now.

1:51.0

I said suicide by stabbing is rare.
