Summary

I am coming off of an intense season where the work-life balance scale was tipped firmly in the work direction. I know the ebb and flow of this equation and I have come to understand that sometimes imbalance is exactly what is needed while tending to something important. But none of us want to feel out of balance for long. This is why I loved chatting with my guest Tina Wells, author of the new book The Elevation Approach. Tina has had an entrepreneurial journey like no other and in the book she redefines this idea of work-life balance by introducing the concept of work life harmony. In this conversation we talk about the difference between balance and harmony as it relates to our very full lives. She shares her elevation approach, the routines and rituals that have helped her as she works towards harmony, and how this can affect your relationships on this journey. Tina Wells is a business strategist, advisor, author, and the founder of RLVNT Media. Tina is also the author of 16 books, including the best-selling tween fiction series Mackenzie Blue and its 2020 award-winning spinoff series, The Zee Files. Her new book, The Elevation Approach, is out now.
