It's that time of year again. It's the state of independent SaaS tober.

Yes, we're running the third annual state of independent SaaS survey that we will turn into the, what, 70, 80 page report that we've been putting out for the past couple years.

If you've completed it in the past and you just want to get into the survey. It's a state of independent sass.com.

And if you fill out the survey, it takes about eight to ten minutes. You will be entered

into a drawing for a microconv growth U.S. VIP pack, which is a free ticket to our event

next April in Minneapolis, up to $750 in airfare. We'll cover your hotel room and you'll receive

a microconf gift pack. The survey closes end of day Wednesday, November 10th. So you have about

two weeks to do it, but it would be amazing. If you would lend your anonymous data, if you're

running a SaaS company that's doing at least a dollar a month, then we'd love to have your information.

And, you know, as a refresher, if you haven't heard this, we put this report together.

We spend hundreds of person hours, thousands of dollars, and we compile it for this community of bootstrapped and mostly bootstrapped non-venture track SaaS founders.

And we cover things ranging from comparing growth rates to the number of founders, a company has,

to looking at the percent of independent SaaS companies that ask for a credit card before

trial on those that don't, how many offer freemium.

This year, we even mixed it up and we pulled some of the questions and swapped them out

with things that are more sentiment-based.

You know, has hiring gotten more difficult over the past year? Do you plan to hire in the next 12

months? All kinds of things. So it's going to be different. Even if you've submitted to the past

two years or you've seen the report and you feel like you have a handle on it, we mix it up. And I

think it's probably 20, 25 percent of the questions and, you know, of the ultimate report is going to be quite a bit

different than prior years. So once again, it'd be amazing if you had to state of independent
