I think it started late last year where companies were just trying to figure out where do we stand in this game, how do we survive.

And so companies started focusing or refocusing their energy on sectors in their businesses that can actually generate immediate revenue,

because they wanted to ensure that investors are feeling very confident in their position.

And so I think the biggest shock was when

matter later of 10 K-plus and then Google and Google layoff was very unexpected and

everyone were very very surprised but that's created a shockwave
