In 2017 I had a breakdown

I dealt with that breakdown

by buying as much music from 2016

as as as humanly possible

and now I own over 600 albums in 2016

and I'm convinced it's the

greatest year for music of all time.

Two of the albums that I bought from 2016 were Pixfay by Pixvay and Awo by You Can Dance.

In this bonus episode, we had discussed both of those albums, because the same guy was at

the heart of it, Damien Cluzele, a French

guitarist who is fascinated with music from all over the world, including Ethiopian music and

Colombian music. He took both of those genres, made two separate albums, fusing them with heavy

rock and math rock. This is very exciting. In these bonus episodes, we always get a chance

to delve in deeper to these albums,

often by talking to the artists themselves and finding out the stories behind the albums

and the thinking that went in to the music. We've already done the two perfect sounds
