Down here in South, one of the things that many of us enjoy, and I include myself in that number, along with my wife, my grandkids, is on fall afternoons, when we're going to go

watch football, we will go to what we call the local peanut stand.

And a peanut stand down here is something different than you might think like at a ballgame.

We enjoy boiled peanuts, and people find that.

Some people find it just, how in the world can you

trust me once you've had them they are fantastic we love them we indulge in them

and I had an interesting thought because of some news that came out this week that

news has to do with a particular case cases that we've covered for a protractive period of time

down here in the South. Matter of fact, out of South Carolina, where I do know, in fact,

that they love good bowl peanut over there. Well, here's the thing. The reason or the genesis

for why we're talking about this today is the fact that a lady in South

Carolina who was the clerk of court wrote a book. She wrote a book about a trial. And I submit to

you, she would probably have made more money by going out and setting up a bowl of peanut stand than she would have off of a book that she wrote about the trial.

But you know there was a bigger price to be paid for it.

The bigger price is what we're staring down right now.

And that is the overturning of the double homicide conviction of Alex Murdoch.
