this week's episode with a poem which was written by the actor Timothy Shalamet.

I dribbled hot butter on my knee in a theater in Portugal. We were there to see a performance

0:25.5

of the Phantom of the Opera. The butter caused my kneecap to enlarge in a proud blister filled

with my fluids. At night I could hear the waters of the blister slash around. My knees sounded

2:17.6

this enhances your experience or does the opposite of what enhancing is dehensing. I know some of

2:29.4

you are probably wondering if I'm still doing dry January because it's like a month into January. I am.

2:40.4

I have abstained completely from the drinking of alcohol for 28 days. And it's it's joyful, it's joyful

2:48.9

and it's pleasurable. I'm a big fan of it. Am I going to continue not drinking alcohol? No.

2:59.5

How do I explain it? It's I'm nearly I'm nearly doing dry January not for abstinence

3:09.5

but for I love an appreciation about alcohol. Here's the crack. I've been offered for a month

3:16.3

fucking fantastic. Better sleep, more energy and my weeks are longer because it's like I'm not
