But each week, I try and think of a team.

And I don't put too much effort into it.

What I've found over the years, when it comes to anything creative, you know, you can't,

you can't force it.

You can, you can approach it in a professional fashion.

And you know, allocate yourself some time for creativity.

But if you become too regimental about it, if you're too hard on yourself about it,

if you're trying to create, right?

Creativity, whether it be making a fucking podcast or writing a song or painting a picture,

whatever the fuck, right?

If you take it to seriously, if you identify with it too much, if the stakes are too high,

if you, if you invest in your creativity to the point that failure becomes frightening,

then creativity becomes difficult and it becomes stressful and it becomes not fun.
