0:27.0	And I'd like to talk about a few things with you, and I hope that you will take this to heart, because I'm real serious about what we need to talk about here.

0:40.0	You have heard me talk before about if you have a concealed carry permit or if you're carrying openly, I don't care, if you carry a gun for personal protection.

0:57.0	you are not there to stop robberies, you are not there to help other people,
1:02.0	and some people get upset with me about that.

1:10.5	That's an attitude based on total ignorance of the realities.

1:20.0	An off-duty agent from the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Agency, B ATF, is in New York City.
1:29.7	Joe Capano.
1:30.9	He's 51 years old. He's at a pharmacy, he's picking up cancer medicine for his elderly
