Hey, everybody, David here. I got a special little episode for you today. This week is a special

week, but to be totally honest, you guys, not a special week in a positive way. If you are a

long-time listener or if you follow us on social media, you'll know that this is, you know, a very,

it's a very hard week for the SWAP family. It was this week that their son

Corey had passed away on July 9th, 2015. So this week we took hiding the SWAT family and we told

them to enjoy themselves, spent a lot of time as a family. And so we're taking a week off the

podcast with them. But what we're doing instead is we're going to share with you guys

all of our regular listeners,

one of our Patreon episodes,

and if you haven't heard about us,

So we're going through some of the very original episodes that we had and we were originally

supposed to do a workbook off of our like very.

Off of our principal podcast we had in the very beginning and these were the podcasts that were

our staples the podcast that still to this day have our most downloads from and so we'd

promised a workbook for those podcasts to break down in more depth because a lot of people tell us hey we

have to listen to your podcast five six seven times just to kind of get all the pieces and put in order.
