appreciate you. Here we are, the end of 2020. We've made it to the end of the year. Not that

that really means anything because we have no idea what's going to be happening as we go into

2021, but I do love this time of year, not just because it's the holidays, but, you know, we get to look back on the

crazy year that it's been. And from a business perspective, we get to look at what worked,

what didn't work, you know, where the all the unpredictability came into the business and how

we adapted to it or didn't adapt to it. And we get to look at, you know, what are the lessons that we learned? What are we

going to do more of next year? What are we going to do less of next year? What are we going to try

new and differently next year? And so that's what I want to use this episode and share with you

what I learned for my business this year here in 2020. I also want to take the opportunity to, I use this word very lately.

I want to set some predictions in the online business space for 2021. And when I say online business

base, I'm referring to online course creators. Maybe you've got a membership or you're an online

coach. I'm not going to be talking about e-com in the episode here. Okay. So I'm going to be sharing

with you some trends that or speak some predictions that I see for 2021. Now, with that said,

who knows what happens in 2021? As we learned from 2020, I mean, unpredictability is what we can

predictability. Right. And so I'm also going to be sharing with you some

ad predictions, some trends I'm seeing from the Facebook and Instagram ads perspective and some

things I see changing in 2021 that are really important that you understand. Okay. So without further
