We know that all of you are listeners

that you're in all stages of your careers. Some are early, mid-career, late career, some of you are retired,

but no matter where you are on your working journey, one thing is for sure.

These last few months have turned our working lives upside down.

Many of us have lost jobs. Some of us are still working outside the home.

Others like myself and my team, we've transitioned to a fully remote work life,

turning our tables into desks and our coffee tables

into makeshift file-in cabinets and missing each other every day. We were not at all

surprised to see lots of career and salary related questions

popping into our mailbag the last few weeks and so we wanted to dive in and

tackle them for all of you and we hope that we can offer some helpful
