So I just wanted to share one of the aha moments that I had in the program or just like a big turning point for me.

And it was a couple weeks ago that I had found out that the woman that my ex left me for and that was cheating on me with, was friends, now friends with my ex's mom on Facebook.

And I muted everyone on Facebook, but it just came up as a suggested friend.

And she came up as a suggested friend because now she's mutual friends with my ex's mom and um

I just absolutely went into a spiral I freaked out I just did not expect it and it's not true

but I took it as like they are now official they're definitely a relationship, like it could be true or it could not be true.

I just tried to see it as a neutral, neutral circumstance.

But in that moment, I just, it really hit me hard for some reason.

And I just got so emotional and was so devastated that like all

of this was happening and like they were going to be in a relationship and he did introduce

her to his family and after I had a brief meltdown, I made my grief bubble, listed my feelings out,

and what thoughts were creating those feelings.

And it's so funny with the grief bubble how at the end, when you're asked, what is your real truth?

That's what the purpose of it is. And it's, it's so weird how

the real truth just comes out, like, right away for me. Every time I do a grief level, it's like,

I think that I won't have a real truth, but it comes out right away. And it was something that I hadn't

seen and recognized was that I hadn't said goodbye to my ex's

family. We were very close and I was engaged to him and they were my family as well. And I never got to

say a proper goodbye to them because I didn't know that the last time that I saw them would be the last

time because I was so blindsided by the breakup.

And that was my real truth was that I was experiencing this loss of his family because I don't

think that it registered to me that I am also losing those people in my life.
