So this is what happened so I'd been dating this girl in the book

But she's wonderful. We've been dating for like two months and like exclusively and she was starting to get kind of antsy that we hadn't kissed

Understandably so and she knew I was gay and she'd never kissed anyone and I'd never kissed anyone and so I just like knew I had to do it

I was like trying to psych myself up for it and

We like went to this volleyball game like I'm like a BYU. I was like it'd be so cool if I just like kiss to really fast and everyone cheered and it'd be awesome

At the volleyball game. Yeah, it could be an awesome awesome story to tell our kids a public kiss

But I didn't do it because I was a chicken so then I dropped off and I went back to my house

I was like I am such an idiot

I don't want to be like this kind of person who like can't just like kiss a girl because that's not even that hard and

So I got my backpack and I drove back over to her house and I said I'm here to study with you

And then we studied for a while and sat on a couch in her basement and

And we kind of like talked about kissing and like what it meant to us and she was like trying to I know
