I finally got rid of Jesse, who by the way has agreed to give me 80% of our Patreon earnings

to help address the gender wage gap and if he tells you otherwise he's just trying to

be modest.

So the episode you're about to hear is a conversation between me and a woman who was required to go

through a year's worth of equity, diversity and inclusion trainings with none other than

Robin DiAngelo, the best-selling author of White Fragility and the subject of our last

episode.

This is going to be a lot more interesting and make a lot more sense if you actually

know something about Robin DiAngelo when it works.

So the woman you're about to hear me interview wanted to remain anonymous to avoid any

potential professional fallout, but she worked as a graphic designer at a non-profit theater

company that brought in DiAngelo and other diversity trainers after an incident that took

place offstage.

And that'll all make sense shortly.

We've also decided to keep the theater anonymous in order to protect her as much as possible,

but I did verify that this incident did actually take place.
