TW: Death, Suicide Hey guys. I had something on my heart that I felt like I needed to share with you as a bonus episode, and for the first time ever I need to give y'all a trigger warning. This episode is about death, dying, first responders and all that goes with that. You know me, this won't be purely negative because I love to talk about finding the good in really hard things, and I wasn't going to talk about this experience, but I felt like it was important to share it with y'all. 0:17.2	I am sitting in my bedroom floor with a cup of coffee.
0:22.8	It is early morning and something is on my heart.
0:28.2	And I just keep thinking about it.
0:30.4	And so I thought maybe I would do like a short form podcast and kind of tell you guys what
