it's feeling really good and honestly if you get super laser focus on the thing that's

working and try and grow that exponentially, that is actually the most effective tool

So what we tend to do, especially here in the US, is I think that we approach goals, business,

life, the way that we were taught to approach grades in school.

Growing up when you are, you come home with a report card and you have like three A's and

two B's and a D, what do your parents talk about?

And what do they get you to focus on and what do they want you to talk to the teacher

Everything we're taught is about how to improve the area of weakness instead of how to focus
