So I'm your host Jamie and I'm really excited that you're here with us today.

Each week on Wednesdays, I invite a girlfriend to join me on the show and we chat about the

big things in life, the little things in life and everything in between.

But on this show, we do things a little different and so because my Wednesday shows are so

conversational, I never get enough time with my guests to talk deeply about specific things

and that in a nutshell is what this Friday show is going to be.
