We don't do this very often except for our income reports, but I wanted to just flip

on the mic here and just kind of talk a free flow of conscious with you because this is

a pretty interesting and unique experience.

And to give you the full background and to why I'm actually calling this my most awkward

interview ever.

And I truly believe in the over 1200 interviews that I've done that this is the most awkward

interview that I've ever conducted as a host.

The most flustered I've been, the most floundering that I've been.

Now I'm, we'll get into more detail in a second here, but I do want to explain.

It's not going to sound like I'm that flustered or I'm floundering that much or it's super awkward.

The interview goes off pretty well.

You know, there's definitely some points you'll hear me not really at my level that I usually

want to be at as a host.

But the reality is I was very flustered and floundering in a lot of areas in the pre-interview

chat.

That's where I really personally feel like I failed as a host.

But I want to explain why because this is going to happen no matter whether you've done

one interview, 1200 interviews, you're just going to have these type of scenarios.
