Hey guys it is a whole 30 day 8 it is Monday may 22nd we are officially

underway with week two which is great I feel pretty good going into this week. I still feel pretty motivated. Happy

to report that my general just anger from Friday went away.

I think, you know, we had a pretty good weekend.

I know we talked about our event on Saturday

and being prepared for that, which I think was a kind of a

confidence booster to get through that and just going into the week I feel a lot

better than last week since I actually had some time yesterday to think through stuff and do some meal prep and

Brandon took his last final last week so he is a house husband right now which also is huge

I definitely know what it's like which also is huge.

I definitely know what it's like to try to eat healthy

when you have both adults in your family

and it's really hard hard and so we are really

lucky that this lined up with Brandon being down with school and that he can be such a support even

though he's not doing the whole 30 he's been so helpful with, you know, helping me get stuff meal prep,

helping pack my lunch, helping make my breakfast, it's just been so helpful.

I think the biggest thing for me this week is kind of being able to take a step back now that I feel like I'm getting more used to these habits.
