Hi guys it is Whole30 Day 7 May 21st we have made it through the first week just

about and this weekend has been pretty busy.

Yesterday Joy and I hosted or MCed a competition

at West Metro Crossfit.

And it was really fun. We just kind of channeled our inner Kiki and everyone was super, super great. The competition was a lot of fun, but I definitely was worried going into it about

snacks. Luckily, being married to Brandon, one of the many perks, I I guess of being married to Brandon is that when he packs

you a lunch he packs you like 6,000 calories because that's how many calories he needs.

And so for a snack yesterday I had two Italian sausages that were

like cut up into pieces that I could just eat really quick.

Some BLT egg salad from Stupid Easy paleo,

two Rx bars, a pack of prosciutto,

two apples with almond butter, carrots, and I feel like there was one

other thing and then plus they also had a paleo food truck there so it actually went

very well I think it was probably, you know, the best place to do, to be on a whole 30 if you have to be on your feet all day long.

At one point the competition, the gym owner

who was running the competition came up

and he was like, hey, do you guys want to FITA?

And we both were like, yeah, we do.

And then I was like, oh, no, wait, we can't have one.

Never mind. And we were really sad but other than that. It did go pretty well. I think
