BU Unapologetically Podcast. This podcast for me is the thing that created my life. I have been living

my life behind closed doors feeling like I had to show up for

everybody else. It wasn't until I decided to show up for me unapologetically that I started

living my life. I'm on a mission to help women find who they are and love themselves every

Okay, I have to be super honest with you.

This is impromptu.

I am sitting in the parking lot in my car and I was driving with like a freaking huge moment

that happened and I was like, okay, you have two options.

Like you can put it on your Instagram, you can put it on your podcast the thing is I just I want to share so I just need to get

this out here and I had to kind of give you like a little bit of a backstory of like my brain I am

very much that kind of person that like see something and it's almost like a ripple effect or a

train or like one thought leads to another that leads to another and then you're like seven

minutes and you're like you know what else and it's like you never actually said anything so

I have no idea you're talking about well that happened to me today and I have dealt with like all kinds of people in situations and

instances and excuses and whatever words you want to use like I have dealt with so so many people

and stories that I just try and take in consideration of well she, she's really got this going on or, well,

this is different or I don't know. I really just am a people pleaser and I try and make everything

okay for everybody. And then I also get on the flip side, get like super, I don't want to say
