| 1:58.0 | It creates fertile soil for fear and we know we cannot operate from a place of fear to create a life that has breakthrough faith and does big, epic things. |
| 2:10.0 | Now, another way that I, in least in my own life, found stress manifesting itself was through overthinking. |
| 2:18.0 | I overthought everything, second guess to everything and everything, the pressure I would put on myself to be perfect, to know what to do, to feel good, to always feel like I was organized and in control. |
| 2:31.0 | I would have never defined that as stress, but I was at the core level stressed. I lived in a constant state of stress. |
| 2:41.0 | When I was struggling with my body image, when I was trying to lose the last five pounds and felt like I was in a constant cycle of overeating and then under eating and then overexercising and under exercising and beating myself up, it was a low grade self perpetuated stress. |
| 2:59.0 | So we're talking about all kinds of things, stress. Now, you might be like raising your hand saying, I'm an attorney who is working 70 hours a week, I got stress. |
| 3:09.0 | But maybe you're saying to yourself, gosh, I never called it stress, but yeah, I beat myself up. I'm always disappointed. I'm feeling behind. I want to offer to you that we have the opportunity here to attack your stress. |
| 3:25.0 | The stress you feel is directly related to the thought to think, which means we have so much more control over our stress levels than we think that we do. |
| 3:34.0 | So that's why I want I want to invite you to learn how to radically reduce the stress you feel, even if you feel like the circumstances in your life right now aren't able to immediately change. |
