So I'm going to try my best to answer this question.

It's an interesting question because I was in a similar situation in my career as an educator. When I was a middle manager at the university I was

working at I was one of the managers that was working in the department. There was

eight managers and there's a lot of cooks in the kitchen, a lot of leaders, right?

And what happens is that people that have the power in terms of chain of command would have

the strongest voice, regardless of who's the better leader. And as a leader, I felt very restricted.

I felt like I wasn't able to grow.
