hardly unlikely. But we used to do an awful lot of running in our canoeing training. Our coach

used to drop us off 10 kilometres from where we were living and just, you know, make us race back. So that

would happen sort of quite regularly. So we did a lot of running and therefore, yeah, you would

pick up some Achilles problems. The Achilles tendon is probably the most researched of all

running injuries. You know, we could do a series of podcasts on this injury alone. There's so much that we understand about it now, you know,

kind of how to cure it, if you like, in the best way.
