Hey guys, I am sitting in the hotel room. I just finished day one of the CrossFit Games.

Well not day one, but day one for me. And I just wanted to kind of give you guys a little rundown of what

happened and go through the day and kind of download because my brain is just so fried right

now in a good way just you guys know that I am not like the most social

person so a lot of social energy will completely send me over the edge but it was

so much fun it was kind of one of those things where it's like you're just

in it and so you're trying so hard because you want to be in it and then it just

hit me like a ton of bricks like around five o'clock. I was like I turned to Sandy and

I was like I'm done. But in the best possible way you know like that's just how

personalities work it's kind of crazy my my off button just went hello we

need to go home now. So woke up this morning. We had a really nice dinner last night with some friends that Claire and I'll talk about maybe at a later time. We did not end up going to the wine tasting with Margo just because something else

came up that we'll probably talk a little bit about later but it was really cool

really fun and then we

Sandy and I just kind of got wiped out and came home and crashed

So Saturday morning we wake this morning we wake up Sorry it's Friday. Oh my God

I'm so off. So today's Friday, Friday, Friday, and we woke up, had breakfast downstairs and there's tons of people here. First of all, Hampton Inn on Johnson Street is

phenomenal. If you are in the area and you want to feel like a rock star, they are

so accommodating and Scott and I stay in a ton of hotels and I've never seen service like this like they brought it for the games all and I feel like the city in general like you like flying into the airport the Madison

Airport yesterday they have banners in the airport like where you pick up your luggage

have if there's cross bit games

banners everywhere around all the pillars is like cross pit game stickers it's like the

coolest thing so you immediately feel like this town is like showing up like one of my friends that went to school here was like Joy you have no idea like the people of Madison will show up like any event they'll bring their chairs out and they will watch.
