attacks. I went through a few years where anytime I would go to like a grocery store, I would have a

full-blown panic attack. I have like treated my anxiety and my ADHD really well the last couple of years and so I do not have panic attacks as often.

But when I do have them, I'm really glad that I have a supportive husband who can like tell when it is setting in.

And one thing I've learned that helps me is to hold this sounds insane and obviously talk to your doctor before doing this because it's probably, you know, not that great for you. I hold like a fabric

to my face and breathe through it. I just covered my mouth so it sounded weird on the mic. One time
