Hello everyone and welcome to the Stephen King cast one man's musings on the works of Stephen King.

Each week I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King and the chronological order of publication is what I usually say.

Because usually each week I review something related to Stephen King, whether it be one of his written works or an adaptation based on one of his works.

But this week I'm not doing either one of those things.

So you might be saying to yourself, then what are you doing on the Stephen King cast?

And you would have a point to ask that question because you come here for one particular reason.

But don't be disappointed because though I am not going to be reviewing one of

the books by Stephen King, it is certainly Stephen King related in more ways than one because today

I have the pleasure of being able to talk about not a Stephen King book, but a book by his

son, Joe Hill. And today we are turning our attention to Joe Hill's masterpiece novel, Horns.

Now, I first read Horns when it came out four years ago, and it was one of those book

experiences where I both couldn't wait to get to the next page and dreaded it at the same

time, because each page read was one page closer to the next page and dreaded it at the same time,

because each page read was one page closer to the end,

and this was a book I didn't want to finish, and I'm very glad to have read it again.

It's a solid book.

If you haven't read anything by Joe Hill, I strongly suggest that you stop listening to this

and go out and get everything that he's published so far
