Summary

In this bonus edition of the Stephen Kingcast, I take a break from Stephen King in order to review Joe Hill's Horns in honor of the upcoming movie release.  Due to it's length, I had to split the episode into two parts. Be sure to check them both out, and then go see Horns, in theaters this Halloween!

Section 4, The Fixer.

Now this section resumes Lee's story, focusing on the time when Lee's mother died,

or more eloquently put, was slowly murdered by her son.

Now, it doesn't provide much that we don't already know.

I mean, we know he's sick in the head.

We know that he wants Marin, and we know that he doesn't live in the same reality that everyone else does,

and that he's dangerous.

We learn how he got his hands on the cross and we're reminded of the power in that cross.

Hill hints again at Lee's having been able to touch the moon.

And even with all that we know of his insanity, this puts him in a whole different category of psycho.

Now during this section, we experienced his friendship with Marin through his perspective.

And we see how her innocent comments are distorted through Lee's psychosis.
